Founded by Nicholas Adema, the company initially specialized in servicing copper gutters and ductwork for warm air furnaces. It experienced significant growth after World War II, with an expanded focus on furnace installation and ductwork services to new residential developments in the Amherst and Tonawanda areas. In the 1970s, the business shifted its emphasis towards residential air conditioning following a rise in popularity.

Kyle Adema

Owner, President

Kyle began his Adema journey over 20 years ago. The youngest of five boys, Kyle has taken on the leadership role in the Adema family business. He started working part-time in the field and gradually transitioned into an office role after earning his bachelor’s degree in history from Niagara University. He’s held his current title as owner and president since 2010.

Kyle’s unwavering passion lies in the continuous growth of his family business, while continuing to serve the Western New York region. He strives to foster a caring and respectful environment for both his employees and customers, ensuring the utmost satisfaction in every aspect of their experience.
